My programs are tailored to each individual, focusing on building confidence and achieving your fitness goals in a private and dedicated space. Whether you're just starting out or aiming for a specific milestone, I am here to support you every step of the way.
1-1 Hybrid Online Coaching
Time or budget restrictions? With my Hybrid option, you can choose either 1 or 2 PT sessions per month, alongside structured online coaching for all your other training. We’ll use your PT sessions to check your form and have a face-to-face check-in, while your online programme keeps you progressing between sessions. Everything is delivered through an app, including your training programme, progress tracking and nutritional guidance.
2-1 Personal Training Sessions
Fancy training with a friend or family member? Receive all the benefits of 1-1 personal training but with a buddy by your side. A more cost effective way to have support and accountability in achieving your goals.
Sports Massage
Whether you have an injury or niggle or just want to ease tight muscles I have a treatment plan for you. Using a hands on approach I aim to get you back to full performance as soon as possible.
